Ritesh has over 15 years of experience and is not just a qualified lawyer from the G J Advani College of Law but is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
He is member of the ICAI and recently was co-opted as Co-chairman of the Indirect Taxes Committee – ASSOCHAM.
Along with his in-depth expertise in indirect tax, his areas of proficiency include Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) as well as export control legislation.
Ritesh regularly advises clients on indirect tax structuring and supply chain optimisation and has advised various domestic and multinational companies on tax controversies including devising pre-litigation strategies.
Ritesh has contributed articles in various professional journal / newspapers and has been a regular speaker in domestic and international seminars and regularly appears before various administrative and judicial forums.
Prior to joining Dhruva, he was a partner at Economic Laws Practice (ELP) and worked at Deloitte.
