Ritesh is a lawyer and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has worked in indirect taxes through different roles over the past 15 years.
He was previously a partner at Economic Laws Practice (ELP) and prior to that he was in Deloitte.
His areas of proficiency include Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) as well as export control legislation. He regularly advises clients on indirect tax structuring and supply chain optimization. He has advised various domestic and multinational companies on tax controversies including devising pre-litigation strategies. He also appears before various administrative and judicial forums.
Ritesh has contributed articles in various professional journals/newspapers and has been a regular speaker in domestic and international seminars.
