Aditya is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

His focus area has been international taxation, including Transfer Pricing (TP audit defence and litigation, APA, MAP, global TP documentation, value chain assessment, value chain structuring and BEPS), PE attribution, inbound & outbound entry/exit & profit /cash repatriation strategies.

He has worked on several complex transactions in Transfer Pricing, including industrial franchise arrangements (IFA), principal structures; marketing intangibles; CAPM based pricing models, financial transactions transfer pricing and a variety of IP arrangements.

Aditya has worked with clients in the Metal & Mining, Automobile, Engineering, Pharma & FMCG sectors.
He is a frequent speaker at technical forums on taxation and regularly contributes articles to Indian and international tax journals.

Prior to joining Dhruv Advisors he was a Partner with KPMG and has worked with Big 4 firms PwC & EY.
